Dr. Parmar
Dr. Parmar is a dedicated veterinarian who graduated from Punjab Agricultural University from India, in 1997. With a passion for animal care, he founded White Oaks Animal Hospital in 2013. Dr. Parmar is also a proud pet parent to a Shih Tzu named Hershey, who holds a special place in his heart. His commitment to the well-being of animals has been the driving force behind values of White Oaks Animal Hospital.

Patricia J.
Patricia J. graduated from Ridgetown Campus as a front desk receptionist and started working at White Oaks Animal Hospital in 2017. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have led her to become the practice manager. Patricia is passionate about animal care and customer service, helping ensure the smooth operation of the hospital. She is also a proud pet parent to four cats: Tazz, Tula, Vito, and Sticky, who bring her much joy.

Caitlyn S.
Caitlyn S. graduated with a Medical Administration diploma from Westervelt College in 2013 and has been working in the veterinary field ever since. With a strong background in administration and a passion for animals, Caitlyn has built a successful career supporting veterinary practices. She is a proud pet parent to two dogs, Lexi and Luna, as well as two cats, Selina and Cooper, who are an important part of her life.

Ola B. graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Ibadan in 2017 and is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at Fanshawe College. She joined White Oaks Animal Hospital in May 2024, bringing her expertise in veterinary care and a keen interest in healthcare management to the team. Ola’s diverse background enhances her ability to contribute to both animal care and the efficient operation of the practice.

Shandal J.
Shandel is a dedicated veterinary technician who graduated from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad in 2016. She brings compassion and skill to her role and is currently furthering her passion for animal care by studying to practice as a veterinarian in Canada. At home, she’s the proud companion of Raven, her spirited orange-winged Amazon parrot.

Zaytoun is our beloved clinic cat and official Quality Assurance Supurrvisor and Clinic Greeter. At just one year old, he takes his duties seriously—welcoming clients with a friendly purr and keeping a close eye on daily operations. Whether he's lounging at the front desk or supervising from a sunny windowsill, Zaytoun adds warmth and charm to every visit.
