Dr. Parmar
Dr. Parmar is a dedicated veterinarian who graduated from Punjab Agricultural University from India, in 1997. With a passion for animal care, he founded White Oaks Animal Hospital in 2013. Dr. Parmar is also a proud pet parent to a Shih Tzu named Hershey, who holds a special place in his heart. His commitment to the well-being of animals has been the driving force behind values of White Oaks Animal Hospital.

Veterinary Pracice Manager
Patricia
Patricia J. graduated from Ridgetown Campus as a front desk receptionist and started working at White Oaks Animal Hospital in 2017. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have led her to become the practice manager. Patricia is passionate about animal care and customer service, helping ensure the smooth operation of the hospital. She is also a proud pet parent to four cats: Tazz, Tula, Vito, and Sticky, who bring her much joy.

Veterinary Assistant
Caitlyn
Caitlyn S. graduated with a Medical Administration diploma from Westervelt College in 2013 and has been working in the veterinary field ever since. With a strong background in administration and a passion for animals, Caitlyn has built a successful career supporting veterinary practices. She is a proud pet parent to two dogs, Lexi and Luna, as well as two cats, Selina and Cooper, who are an important part of her life.

Krysten
Krysten has been a valued member of our team for the past two years. She is a passionate animal lover and brings a calm, caring presence to the clinic each day. At home, she has quite the diverse group of pets, including Chicken the sun conure, lovebirds Lilo, Zuko, Puff, and Rio, Fiji the green-cheek conure, and even a water snake named Smaug. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does, and she is always eager to learn, support her team, and provide the best possible care.

Quality Assurance supurrvisor / Clinic Greeter
Zaytoun
Zaytoun is our beloved clinic cat and official Quality Assurance Supurrvisor and Clinic Greeter. At just two years old, he takes his duties seriously—welcoming clients with a friendly purr and keeping a close eye on daily operations. Whether he's lounging at the front desk or supervising from a sunny windowsill, Zaytoun adds warmth and charm to every visit.

Joy has been a valued member of our team since 2026. She graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2023 and brings a strong foundation of knowledge, dedication, and compassion to her work each day. Joy is passionate about providing thoughtful, high-quality care and is always willing to go the extra mile for both patients and clients. Her calm and caring approach makes her a trusted and appreciated part of the team, and she continues to grow and develop her skills while contributing positively to the clinic environment.

Nicole H. started her animal care journey at the Oakville Humane Society in 2018, where her love for helping animals truly grew. Since then, she has followed her passion into a veterinary clinic setting, where she works as a Veterinary Assistant and enjoys supporting both patients and their families with compassionate care.
